Return Policy

****Holiday extended policy: Orders placed on or after November 29, 2024 can be returned for Full Refund if request is made by January 3, 2025.

All eligible returns* must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

RETURN LABELS can be requested by emailing clientservices@princeandbroome.com, remember to include your Order Number in the subject line. A $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted to process Domestic returns. International returns will be paid by client using UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Returns requested after this window but within 30 days will be issued STORE CREDIT in the value of your original purchase less shipping and taxes.

Please use the original packaging to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.

Note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide.

*To be eligible for return, items must be new and unused, in their original condition with all brand garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and returned to client at their cost. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. 

SALE items discounted at 50% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are returned, they will be sent back at client's expense. 

If you are still deciding whether or not to keep an item please take extra care with the following:

SWIMWEAR: Please try on all swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition they will NOT BE RETURNABLE. 

Lastly, all merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please email clientservices@princeandbroome.com with photos and include the Order Number in the subject line.
